We are delighted that you have decided to use us as your chosen mortgage broker. In order to proceed with your case, there’s just a few pieces of information that we require from you for our fact find.

Please provide us with the following documents:

  • Last 3 months payslips
  • Last 3 months bank statements
  • Proof of identity (this could be your driving license or your passport)
  • Your credit report
Please ensure that the documents you are sending us are in PDF format.
 

When retrieving your documents, online banking and other financial systems will allow you to download statements in PDF files; however, if you are unable to download them – you will have to view them and save them as PDF.

When sending us your credit reports,you should use CheckMyFIle, this is an online software that provides a combined report from multiple credit checkers. You can visit CheckMyFile by clicking the following link:
